At Banner I worked on a couple of projects for COLT Telecom - a major European telecommunications company. The work included liaising with the client, planning and specification (including wireframing and sitemaps), briefing creatives, resource planning etc. The campaigns were delivered in multiple European languages with all the associated complexities (multiple approvals, tracking amends etc). Deliverables included a microsite, a Flash presentation, intranets, HTML emails, SMS messages and memory sticks.

At The Edge I worked on Buchanans Forever - a website for a series of music events in Mexico, Venezuela and Colombia featuring Elton John and James Blunt. At KLP, I was responsible for helping to set up a new Project Manager/Producer Department – recruiting a new team, creating digital project processes and document templates as well as inducting and mentoring other PMs.

At Good Technology I worked on a pan-European localisation project for Microsoft Windows Mobile as well as a sales presenter tool for Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions.

At Joshua G2 I worked on the re-launch of Nescafe.co.uk and a brand new website for Help The Aged called Intune.

At MRM Worldwide (a member of the McCann Worldgroup) I worked on an online advertising campaign for the Intel Core 2 Duo processors.

KLP is one of the UK's leading marketing communications agencies. I worked in the Interactive Department implementing digital marketing solutions for clients. I worked as a client-facing PM on a broad range of projects for numerous clients including Guinness, Microsoft, the Teacher Training Agency, Smirnoff and Total. I regularly worked with a wide variety of technologies including Web, email, mobile and CD-ROM/DVD. Another part of my role was working on new business activities including pitches and tender documents. I was the PM on the re-launch of witnness.com which won an O2 Digital Media Award.

At Razorfish, I was the digital Producer on T-Motion – a pan-European mobile online service from T-Mobile. Utilising Web and mobile technologies to provide services and information anywhere, anytime. Activities included:

• Taking a prominent role in defining project scope and project planning
• Helping to develop the creative direction of the project in conjunction with the client and project team
• Acting as guardian of the client's vision and ensuring the production team delivered against it
• Coordinating the activities of a multi-disciplinary team
• Interface development - HTML and WML coding
• Reviewing project work, controlling project scope and identifying delivery risks
• Helping in the management of client expectations
• Ensuring that the client's strategic and business objectives were being met within the timescales

Working at Razorfish was enlightening, educational and inspiring. I gained valuable project management experience and was able to further enhance my Web and mobile development skills.

Responsible for overseeing the content and production of the Inside Careers Guides on the Web and in print. The site received significant levels of traffic and we printed around 80,000 guides. Production work included the design of both the website and the books, interface development, image manipulation, layout and formatting using Quark, database design and copyediting. Detailed planning was required to meet strict deadlines. Other duties included:

• the management and coordination of freelances and production staff
• ensuring that client needs were met
• commissioning content
• the creation of production systems and documentation
• responsible for setting up a tendering system to source an appropriate printer
