My role at MRM was to manage the production of online advertising assets for a forthcoming campaign to promote the launch of the Intel Core 2 Duo processors. Publishers included MSN, Yahoo!, CNET, eBay, Sky, Channel 4 and more.
As the project manager, my responsibilities included:
- Project planning and scoping including assessing media plans and specs
- Liaising with both publishers and media planners (Universal McCann)
- Working with rich media providers and testing creative with online tools
- Managing creative processes
- Ensuring that tracking tags have been embedded and are functioning correctly
- Coordinating resources, eg developers and designers
- Project documentation
- Timeline and budget management
- Change and risk management
