The brief from Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions was to create a compelling presentation tool (using Microsoft Powerpoint and Flash) which would allow sales reps to present the benefits of Windows Social Media Advertising. An overall creative concept was developed and executed with a mixture of static slides and embedded animation. Tasks included:

• Project planning and specification
• Budget forecasting
• Managing brainstorms and creative processes
• Management of the creation and approval of project documentation
• Resource planning and coordination - developers, designers, copywriters, freelances etc
• Liaise with the team to ensure timely delivery to required quality standards
• Liaising with client and managing expectations
• Maintaining documentation, eg specs, sitemaps and wireframes
• Timeline and budget management
• Carry out quality assurance work prior to full QA
• Managing project status reports
• Change and risk management
